Philip Carleton
CEO, Partner
Philip Carleton is the founder of Carleton Property Services. Philip has over 10 years of experience in all aspects of commercial and multi-family property management. Philip is committed to providing the highest level of property management service to owners and tenants. The owners he represents include both individual and corporate clients.
Prior to founding Carleton Property Services, Philip worked at Park Nicollet Health Services managing Medical Office Buildings. An integral part of Philip’s role was providing world class service to tenants. Philip was responsible for a variety of financial tasks, including budgets, accounts receivable, rent collections and CAM reconciliation. While with Park Nicollet, Philip worked closely with architects and construction project managers managing project budgets and schedules to ensure they were completed on time and within budget.
Philip’s previous professional experience includes residential property management where he was responsible for a diverse portfolio of multi-family properties. He handled tenant relation issues, coordinated service requests, prepared and monitored budgets, and initiated and attended court eviction proceedings.
Philip holds a Real Estate Broker License in the State of Minnesota. He earned a Bachelor or Science Degree in Business from St. Cloud State University. Philip is enhancing his knowledge of property management through continuing education courses including: leasing, investment, finance, agency and fair housing.
Tony Rosell
Senior Property Manager, Co-Owner
As a Senior Property Manager, Tony has experience managing retail and industrial properties throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area on behalf of institutional clients and private partnerships. Tony also successfully represents developers as a leasing agent in the procurement of tenants for multiple projects.
Before joining Carleton Property Services, Tony gained valuable experience as a property manager at United Properties. He went on to join CRESA Partners as a consultant for tenants such as Arctic Cat, Cabela’s and Medtronic.
Tony is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Business Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He is also a Board Member of the St. Cloud State Real Estate Alumni Association.
Tony earned a bachelor of science degree in real estate from St. Cloud State University.
